Sbagliato (Negroni Sbagliato)

The ‘Legend’

In Italian, "sbagliato" means "mistake." Supposedly, a bartender grabbed sparkling wine instead of gin as he was making this cocktail, resulting in this happy, delicious mistake.

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ ounces Campari

1 ½ ounces Lustau Red Vermouth

4 ounces Savian Prosecco

Orange twist, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass, stir Campari & Lustau Red Vermouth with ice. Strain over a large ice cube into rocks glass. Top cocktail with Savian Prosecco.

Garnish with orange twist.
