HOW to drink vermouth

THE VERMUT SPRITZ

A Spanish variation on a Spritz cocktail, this drink combines white vermouth with the effervescence of sparkling wine.

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz Lustau Vermut

2 oz Cava sparkling wine

Dash of soda

Grapefruit wheels or slices

Instructions

Let’s Keep it Simple. Combine over ice, garnish and serve.
